Alternative routes around the park are clearly signposted. Frequently Asked Questions
A valid passport or ID and a payment card for the deposit. We make a copy of your ID in the store for verification purposes and return it to you immediately.
It depends on the bike type. City bikes require €75, e-bikes, fatbikes and e-cargo bikes €300, tandems and three-wheel cargo bikes €150. The deposit is a pre-authorization on your card, not an actual charge — it is released immediately when you return the bike.
For city bikes, tandems and three-wheel cargo bikes, cash or card is accepted. For e-bikes, fatbikes and e-cargo bikes, card only.
Without insurance you are liable for the full replacement value (up to €3,500 for e-bikes). With our optional protection from €4/day, theft and damage are covered as long as you return both keys. We strongly recommend taking the protection option — it gives you complete peace of mind during your rental.
Van Baerlestraat 118H near Museumplein, or Postjesweg 106A in Amsterdam West. Bikes must be returned to the same location where they were picked up.
Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00–18:00. Open 361 days a year.
Not required, but recommended during summer and weekends to guarantee your preferred bike type.
Available for pickup until 15:30 on weekdays and 14:30 on weekends. The bike must be picked up and returned on the same day.
